The Air Command collection blends a vintage style with Blancpain's latest technical innovations, honoring the brand’s ties to 1950s military aviation. Like its predecessor, once the most coveted military chronograph, the Air Command models feature a flyback chronograph and countdown bezel, combining sophisticated design with practical functionality. Inspired by the U.S. Air Force's search for a high-precision chronograph, Blancpain created a limited number of prototypes for military pilots, following its success with the Navy's Fifty Fathoms diver's watch.
